Amendments of the Bill: PUBLIC RECORDS (AMDT) BILL 2006 Introduced on Monday, 19 June 2006

The following amendment was made to the Public Records (Amendment) Bill No. 9 of 2006 when enacted by Parliament on 8 September 2006:

That paragraph (b) of clause 9 be amended by inserting the following words "or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years" after the figure "$5000".
